All presentations will be run from the podium computers provided in the session rooms. Please note that the podium computers will be equipped with Windows systems. Staff members will be available in all session rooms during all coffee and lunch breaks to assist you with checking your slides and uploading your presentation to the podium computer.

Please upload your presentation to the podium computer at the latest during the coffee or lunch break immediately before your session begins. If possible, we kindly ask you to upload and check your presentation earlier, especially if you anticipate any compatibility issues.

To upload your presentation, please bring your file on a USB drive and name it according to the following format:

LASTNAME-Day-SessionFirstWord.fileformat

Session talks will occur in 12-minute timeslots, with 10 minutes for presenting and 2 minutes for Q&A.

Flash talks will be 1 minute each, with one slide per presenter. Flash talk slides must be uploaded by July 25, otherwise the talk will be removed from the program. All flash talks will take place in a single, non-parallel session during lunch on Thursday, July 30. For further details regarding flash talk presentations, including the upload link, please refer to the email you received.

Posters
