The student registration fee discounts are available to undergraduates, graduate students, postdocs, medical students, and fellows.
We are seeking sources of funds to help support meeting expenses for students who do not have another source of funds, and for scientists and clinicians from countries with low GDP. Click the box on the registration form to be considered for a travel award. We anticipate being able to offer stipends of CHF 250 for Swiss students, CHF 500 for students from other countries in Europe, and CHF 1000 for students from outside of Europe. These will be allocated based on registration date with preference given to those who have also submitted abstracts. Notice of possible travel awards will be by June 1.
Register early to get discounted rates and a guarantee of getting one of the available 300 seats. If your plans change, you can get a refund of all except bank processing fees if you cancel before June 1.
To get the best discounts, ensure you are a current active member of ISEMPH, or join the Society before you register.
Meeting registration is required for abstract submission.
